Benefit
Migrators have been added to enable features from previous maintenance releases. The Windchill Upgrade Manager allows administrators to automatically execute the migrators for access control rules instead of only being able to load the rules manually.
Additional Details
The Returned Product Processing object is now managed by policy access control rules. The rules are loaded at the Root level, which grants all users all permissions to the Returned Product Processing object. You can customize these rules at the container level.
To use these processes, administrators must either manually load the rules or allow the Windchill Upgrade Manager to execute the migrator to load these rules.

Regardless of whether you manually loaded the access control rules or ran the migrator, you must manually assign Modify and Modify Content permissions. These permissions allow the customer experience creator to edit the intake node from the customer experience structure.
