The Business Administrative Change Promotion utility is enhanced to include support for administrative objects, such as object initialization rules (OIR) and Preferences, and improved filtering capability using XML files.

Enhance filtering capabilities through a Spec XML file to export all or specific administrative changes for all supported objects. In addition to using identity attributes of an object as filter criteria, you can filter objects at a container level using a GlobalContainerCriteria tag in the Spec file.

Enhance conflict handling capabilities through a conflict resolution XML file. The XML file enables you to specify a collection of resolution information for potential conflicts.
