CAD Data Management: Displaying Only the Latest Version of Documents in the Where Used Table and Adding a ‘Copy’ Action to its Toolbar

Benefit
This enhancement enables you to understand if the latest version of the listed parent is using the current document. Also, to help create change objects, you can use the ‘Copy’ action in the Where Used report toolbar which allows you to then paste the affected parents into a change object.
Additional Details
The latest version in the database for the selected object can be displayed in the Where Used table.
• New table view (Latest), only shows parents if they are the latest version.
• New table view (Default), shows parents even if they are not the latest. It also shows a status icon in the “Version Compare Status” column to indicate if the parent is not the latest version.
• A new column “Latest Version” is available, which contains a hyperlink to the information page of the latest version. If you do not have access to the latest version, then “Secured Information” is displayed in the column.
