When Design Solution parts are published from FORAN to Windchill, a folder Shipbuilding System Baselines is created in Windchill at the Site > Utilities > Shipbuilding System Baselines page. All the Design Solution parts are added to the baseline. The name of the baseline name is taken from the FORAN Construction Number of the ship.

This action is available only to Windchill Site administrators. This action is recommended to be used only when, for some reason, objects remain Locked in Windchill after Unlocking them from FORAN.
