Description
Opens the Add Parameter window, which allows you to specify the values for the new parameter. Each parameter is given its own row in the table.
Opens the Edit Parameter window, which allows you to modify the values specified for the parameter. You can use the Edit Parameter window to provide the values for the parameter; however, you can also directly edit the values in the table rows. This action is only enabled if you have highlighted a row in the table.
Marks the selected parameter for deletion. This action is only enabled if one or more persisted rows in the table are selected. The following considerations apply:
• If the selected row includes a parameter that is used in a constraint, expression, or was used when specifying the optionality of a child part, you are warned that the constraint or optionality is removed at the time of deletion.
• If the selected row includes a page break or child resolution, no validation occurs.
To remove a nonpersisted row, click Revert.
Inserts a page break after the selected row. The action is enabled if a row in the table is selected.
Displays the properties for the page break where you can edit the image URL, image height, image width, and the title for that specific page break.
Inserts a child resolution row in the table below the selected row. This is enabled if one row is selected in the table and the total number of child parts does not exceed the defined child resolution count.
A child resolution is used to change the order of the input parameters so that those of the child part are processed by the system at that time. If the structure contains multiple levels of child parts, you may insert a child resolution for each parent part in the structure to reference its children.
Moves the selected row or rows up one row. If multiple rows are selected, the first selected row is moved and then each subsequent row is moved in the order they were selected. This action is enabled if one or more rows are selected.
Moves the selected row or rows down one row. If multiple rows are selected, the last row selected is moved first and then each previously selected row is moved. This action is enabled if one or more rows are selected.
Removes the selected rows and places them on the clipboard. This action is only enabled if at least one row is selected.
Copies the selected rows to the clipboard. This action is only enabled if at least one row is selected.
Pastes the selected rows from the clipboard after the currently selected row or at the bottom of the table if no rows are selected. This action is only enabled if there is data available to paste.
Displays a window listing all the markups against the selected parameter. This includes the markups made directly in the table and any markups made when the parameter was added or edited. You can specify which markups you want to revert. This action is enabled if a row in the table is selected.
Displays a window listing all the markups against the selected parameter. This includes the markups made directly in the table and any markups made when the parameter was added or edited. You can specify comments against the markups. This action is enabled if a row in the table is selected.

Name
Represents the parameter's name.
Description
Description of the parameter provided during parameter creation.
Map to Attribute
Indicates if the parameter is mapped to an advanced configurable part attribute.
Type
Indicates the type of parameter.
Input Enabled
Indicates if parameter input is enabled.
Prompt
Specifies the phrase that is displayed to the user by the Specification Editor for this parameter to help the user understand what the parameter represents. For example, a parameter that represents a set of colors might have a prompt value of "Select the desired color".
Specified By
Used to indicate if the parameter is dependent upon a value or expression.

If the option Specified by is set, you can enter a specific value or expression.
If Specified by is set to Value, validation is based upon the Parameter types.
If Specified by is set to Expression, the expression is validated to ensure the syntax is correct. The Constraint Expression Editor is launched in a separate dialog.
