Saving an Annotation Set
The set of annotations you make to a product structure are not retained from one annotator session to another unless you explicitly save them.
To save an annotation set, select File > Save or click (the Save toolbar icon) or press CTRL+S .
You must save an annotation set before you can apply it. Applying an annotation set means the suggested changes are made to the product structure and are saved in the database.
Even after you save an annotation set, you can continue to make further annotations, as long as the annotation set has not yet been applied.
*
Annotation sets are associated with an iteration. If a part with a saved annotation set is checked out, checked in, or revised, the annotation set is not be available unless you navigate to the old iteration from the iteration history available in the HTML pages of Windchill PDMLink.
