Affected Objects Table for Change Tasks
The Affected Objects table displays the objects that are affected by the change object.
Changing the Table View
You can limit the objects displayed in the Affected Objects table by selecting a view from the drop-down list immediately to the right of the table title. Views such as Parts, Documents, CAD Documents, or Dynamic Documents may appear, allowing you to constrain your view to only those objects.
Actions
From the Affected Objects table toolbar, you may have the following actions:

Description
Copy
Places a copy of the selected object temporarily on the clipboard where it is available to be saved in a new location using the paste icon.
Paste
Adds objects that had been previously added to the clipboard.
Paste selection
Opens a window from which you can select objects from the clipboard that you want added to the table.
Remove
Removes the object from the table.
Add
Opens a window from which you can search for objects to add to the table.
Collect
Opens a window that allows you to collect related objects.
Revise
Opens a window, allowing you to revise the selected object.

Description
Add from Structural Annotations
Allows you to add an annotation to an object. For more information, see Adding an Annotation to the Affected Objects Table.
New Unincorporated Change
If you have Windchill Aerospace and Defense installed, allows you to create a new unincorporated change. For more information, see Creating an Unincorporated Change.
New One-Off Version
Allows you to capture a modification to an existing part version that is not reflected in the main version sequence. For more information, see Creating a New One Off Version.
Set Dispositions
Allows you to set the disposition of an object. For more information, see Setting the Disposition of Affected Objects.
Compare to Part Structure
Allows users to view and compare any two part structures side by side. For more information, see Comparing Structures.
Export List to File
Allows you to export the list to the following formats: CSV, HTML, PDF, TEXT, XLS, XLSX, XLS Report, and XML. For more information, see Exporting Table Information to a File.
Edit Annotations
Allows you to add annotations to an object. For more information, see Editing an Annotation.
Supersede with New
Allows you to create a new part with which to supersede the part. For more information, see Superseding Parts Overview.
Supersede with Existing
Allows you to supersede a part with a part that already exists in the Windchill system. For more information, see Superseding Parts Overview.
