From the Monthly Organization Usage Report page, you can view the organization usage for a specific month in detailed intervals.

The Organization Usage table provides a usage summary of how many internal and external users have accessed projects, products, or libraries in their organization. An internal user is defined as any user that is a member of the organization for which the usage information is being reported. An external user is defined as any user that is a member of an organization other than the one for which information is being reported.

Summary of Current Usage

A summary of the usage for the month is displayed at the top of the Monthly Organization Usage Report page. The details include the following:

Summary Detail	Description
Report	The type of report being viewed.
Organization	The organization for which the report is for.
Creation Date	The date the report was created.

Changing the Table View

You can change the number of months that display in the table by selecting an option from the view drop-down list. The options include Biweekly, Weekly, and Daily.

Exporting to a File

Click the export to file icon

, at the top of the Organization Usage table to export the content of the table into a spreadsheet.

Organization Usage Information

The Organization Usage table contains the following information:

Column	Description
Usage Period	The time interval being reported on. This column changes based on the selection in the view drop-down list.
Internal Users	The number of internal users that accessed projects, programs, products, or libraries in the current organization during the specified time frame.
External Users	The number of external users that accessed projects, programs, products, or libraries in the current organization during the specified time frame.
