Clients Page
Click the title on the CLIENTS gadget or select Clients from the Go to page list on the dashboard to access the Clients page. Select a Windchill Server GUID from the Windchill Server list to view the status of the reports sent by the selected Windchill server.
• DEVICES section show the breakdown of the percentage of the user by the device type.
• On the Overview tab, the bar charts show the number of user sessions aggregated over the selected period, categorized by types of browsers, operating systems, and CAD clients.
• Click the By Time tab to view client usage by time aggregated per month. Choose duration from the Select Period drop down list. The stacked bar charts show aggregated data per month based on the categories in the client gadget.
• The CLIENT DETAILS table show detailed information, such as version for the browser, operating system, and CAD clients. The table on the By Time tab also includes date column.
