Signaling Servers
All connections for signaling servers are outgoing and use port 443. Make sure that outgoing connections are allowed to the hosts listed in the following topics.

There are three different types of servers:
Type
Description
Authentication
Hosts that are used in the authentication process.
Chalk Cloud Servers
Hosts that are used for session management, annotations, monitoring, and analytics.
Audio/Video
In the context of signaling, these are not the connections that transport audio and video, but are used in establishing the audio/video connection.
Calls to these servers are made from the point that the app is launched , logging in, and starting the session.
