Support for Vuforia Chalk
For help with Vuforia Chalk, visit the Vuforia Chalk Community. From the Community, you can read existing posts and discussions and post your own questions. The Community is monitored by PTC Technical Support experts.
In order to post your questions, you will need to log in to the Community with your PTC account.
If you don’t already have an account, create an account here. Click the Basic tab when creating a new account.
If you purchased Vuforia Chalk, you can open a case with Technical Support. You will need your service contract number (SCN) to open a case.

Report Abuse
If you’re an administrator and need to report abuse of the Chalk app, contact us.
If you’re a user with a company account and need to report abuse of the Chalk app, open the app and navigate to Settings > Help > Contact Company Admin.
Delete Account or Remove Company Information
If you’re an administrator and want to discontinue your company account and remove your information, contact us.
