What's New in This Help Center

When planning upgrades and looking for supported versions and compatibility information, visit the PTC tool, Release Advisor. This tool provides the single source for this information for PTC products. July 2021	Under Important Information on the Welcome page, added the information about Release Advisor, including links, and also a link to the PTC Support Policy for ThingWorx Connection Services in the ThingWorx Connection Server Help Center.

August 2020	Added a link to the 4.0 help center in a Tip on the Welcome page. Changed title on Welcome page to include "3.0".
June 2020	Added "Important Information" section to Welcome page to say that Azure IoT Hub Connector, v.3.0.0, does not support ThingWorx Platform, v.9.0.0 Updated Step 9. Set the Environment Variables for the Azure IoT Hub Connector to show the correct path and name of the configuration file. Welcome page has been redesigned, including clickable buttons to help you access information quickly.
