Device Import Failed and "Ghost" Things
If a device import fails to complete, you may end up with "Ghost" Things in your ThingWorx Platform. If this situation occurs, either restart the ThingWorx Platform or follow the instructions for for deleting Ghost Things
Device Import Takes Too Long
If device imports take too long to complete, navigate to the AzureIotHub Thing in ThingWorx Composer, and from the Configuration page, change the deviceExportReadBlockSize property to 10000 at minimum, especially when importing large numbers of devices. For example, with this property set to 10000, importing 1000 devices can take 30 seconds. When set to 1000, the same import can take over 10 minutes.
