Error: Lost connection to File Notification Queue
If you did not enable file notifications and specify the edge device upload container in your Azure IoT Hub and you try uploading files, you will see the following error message:

Lost connection to File Notification Queue. Shutting down
If this error occurs, go to your Azure IoT Hub and associate file uploads with your Azure IoT Storage Blob by enabling file notifications and specifying the edge device upload container. Refer to Step 3 in the procedure,
