To Improve Storage Performance
To improve storage performance of the system, it is recommended to configure either of the following settings:
• If you want to main individual records of jobs, do the following:
◦ Select Write Inputs and Results to file? while creating the analysis provider. This saves the input and result data to a file that is referenced from the job.
◦ On the Analysis Settings page, set the purge frequency to a low value for all providers in the system. Select the Archive check box to archive all purged jobs automatically.
Or, you can set different values for the purge frequency for individual providers while creating a provider.
• If you do not want to maintain individual records of jobs, run the analysis event in simulation mode. This is recommended while running frequent jobs of the same model. This would significantly reduce the CPU usage as well.
