Fixed an issue that was causing data tables to get flooded with too many entries per minute.

Fixed an issue that was causing current property values to change when updating the historical values of a boolean property using the UpdatePropertyValues service.

Addressed an issue to allow a historic property value to be stored with the provided timestamp. The following features are results of this issue:
There is a new import option , Overwrite Property Values, that allows you to specify whether property values should be overwritten on an entity when it is imported. Previously, ThingWorx has always overwritten property values on import by default, so this feature gives you the option.
The HistoricalDataLogged event has been added to the system default entities. This event fires when a historical property value is set. See Thing Properties for more information.
