If you are exporting entities that contain properties, infotables, or configuration tables that use the PASSWORD base type, contact PTC Technical Support for assistance with the ExportToUniversal_ExtensionPackage. You need this extension package to export PASSWORD base type data from the following affected versions to the latest versions:
