Fetch Channel Info
Use this action to retrieve information from a specified channel.
Using the Fetch Channel Info Action
To use this action in your workflow, connect it to ThingWorx Flow. To create a flow, do the following:
1. Drag the Fetch Channel Info action under the Slack connector to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click 
or double-click the action. The Fetch Channel Info action window opens.
or double-click the action. The Fetch Channel Info action window opens.2. Edit the label name, if needed. By default, the label name is the same as the action name.
3. To add a new authorization, refer to the Authorize Slack section in the Slack connector topic.

4. In the Select Channel Type field, select one of the following options:
◦ Public
◦ Private
◦ Direct Message
5. In the Filter Using Channel ID field, select the channel ID from the list.
6. Click Done.
