RSS Feeds
You can set a trigger for a specific workflow by selecting events from the trigger list.
Using RSS Feeds Trigger
To use this trigger in your workflow, do the following:
1. Place the pointer on the start icon , and then click or double-click . A list of triggers appears.
2. Select the RSS Feeds trigger and then create a new event. The RSS Feeds trigger configuration window opens.

If a trigger is already created, select an existing trigger, and then click SAVE.
To create a new trigger, click Create a new event for RSS Feeds, and then proceed with the steps further.
3. Edit the trigger label, if needed.
4. In the Connect to RSS Feeds list, select Add New, and enter appropriate information in the following fields to add a new RSS Feed connection:
a. Edit the Connection Label field, if required.
b. In the Feed URL field, enter your feed URL.
c. In the User Name and Password fields, enter the credentials, if required, to access the feed.
If you previously added a connection for RSS Feeds, select the connection from the list.
5. In the Select Trigger list, select New Feed.
6. In the Custom Filters section, click ADD, and then enter the following details:
Input
Condition — Condition to apply on the filters such as equals, greater than, less than, contains, does not contain, matches, and so on.
Expected — The expected output.
Click ADD to set multiple custom filtering criteria.

7. Click SAVE.

Note the following points:
Workflows that were created with RSS Feeds trigger (version 2) work fine after migration to version 3. However, you cannot edit the trigger from the workflow.
With version 3 of the RSS Feeds trigger, you can edit the trigger from the workflow.
