Get Files and Folders
Use this action to retrieve the files and folder from Google Drive.
Using the Get Files and Folders Action
To use this action in your workflow, connect it to ThingWorx Flow. To connect to the flow, do the following:
1. Drag the Get Files and Folders action under the Google Drive connector to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click or double-click the action. The Get Files and Folders action window opens.
2. Edit the label name, if needed. By default, the label name is same as the action name.
3. To add a new authorization, refer to the section Authorize Google Drive in the Google Drive connector topic.
If you previously added a Google Drive authorization, select an authorization from the list.
4. In the Show additional fields field, click + to enter the additional fields information:
Source—Select one of the option to get the list of source of files.
Order By—Comma-separated list of sort keys.
Page Size—Number of files to return per page.
The acceptable values are 1 to 1000. The default value is 100.
Filter Query—The query to filter the file results.
Page Token—The token to continue a previous list request on the next page.
5. Click Done.
