Excel Online Triggers
You can set a trigger for a specific workflow by selecting events from the trigger list.
Using Excel Online Triggers
To use this trigger in your workflow, create a new event for the Excel Online trigger, and then connect to the flow. To create a new event, do the following:
1. Place the pointer on the start icon , and then click or double-click . A list of triggers appears.
2. Select the Excel Online trigger, and then create a new event. The Excel Online trigger configuration window opens.

If a trigger is already created, select an existing trigger, and then click SAVE.
To create a new trigger, click Create a new event for Excel Online, and then proceed with the steps further.
3. Edit the trigger label, if needed.
4. To add a new authorization, refer to the section Authorize Excel Online in the Excel Online connector topic.

If you previously added an authorization for Excel Online, select an authorization from the list.
5. In the Select Trigger list, select a trigger. A list of triggers with a description of what initiates each trigger follows:
New Row in Sheet—A new row is added to the specified sheet.
New Sheet—A new sheet is created in the specified workbook of a specific folder.
New Row in Table—A new row is added to the specified table.
Select or specify the ID of the table for which you want to set a trigger.
Depending on the trigger that you select, the input form changes.
6. In the Folder Name field, select or specify name of the folder for which you want to set a trigger.
7. In the Workbook ID field, select or specify the ID of the workbook for which you want to set a trigger.
8. In the Sheet Name field, select or specify the name of the sheet for which you want to set a trigger.
9. In the Custom Filters section, click ADD, and then enter the following details:
Input
Expected—The expected output.
Condition—Condition to apply on the filters such as equals, greater than, less than, contains, does not contain, matches, and so on.
Click ADD to set multiple custom filtering criteria.

10. Click SAVE.
