Clock
Use the clock trigger to run a workflow automatically at a particular date or time.
Using Clock Trigger
To use this trigger in your workflow, create a new event for the clock trigger, and then connect to the flow. To create a new event, do the following:
1. Place the pointer on the start icon , and then click or double-click . A list of triggers appears.
2. Select the Clock trigger. The Clock trigger configuration window opens.

If a trigger is already created, select an existing trigger, and then click SAVE.
To create a new trigger, click Create a new event for Clock, and then proceed with the steps further.
3. Edit the trigger label, if needed.
4. In the Trigger Type list, select a trigger. A list of triggers with a description of what initiates each trigger follows:
Once—Runs the associated workflow automatically at the specified date and time.
Repeat—Runs the given workflow at defined intervals.
In the Runs on every field, select the time interval to run the workflow.
Repeat From—Specify a start date and time, after which it will run at defined intervals.
In the Runs on every field, select the time interval to run the workflow.
Repeat From To—Runs the workflow at defined intervals within a specified date and time range. Enter the date and time information in the Starts On and Stops At section.
In the Runs on every field, select the time interval to run the workflow.
5. In the Date field, set the date in YYYY-MM-DD format.
6. In the Time field, set time in HH:MM AM/PM OR HH:MM format such as 01:00 PM or 13:00.
7. In the Timezone field, select an appropriate timezone.
8. Click SAVE.
