Alerts with Persistent Properties
Timestamps for alerts that contain persistent properties are updated when any of the following occurs (given that the property value meets the alert condition):
• Thing is saved
• Thing is imported (with the property default value meeting the alert condition)
• The RestartThing() service is called on the Thing
• Tomcat is restarted
