Thing: <Thing Name>, Old state: completed, New State failed
CAUSE: The installation time was set to a time later than the configured timeout (Known Issue), so the delivery target timed out of Instructions Received state. Subsequent out-of-sync communication between the agent and ThingWorx Platform led to this situation.
RESOLUTION: Adjust the installation time so that it is in sync with the configured timeout. Retry the deployment.
