Transfer job inactive (SCM Download)
If there is a problem locating the transfer job to be used for the Download instruction, an error message like the following appears:

Transfer job [<transfer job ID>] associated with
delivery target [<delivery target ID>] is inactive

This error may occur due to one of the following situations:
• The transfer job is canceled or completed by a user.

Be careful not to cancel or complete transfer jobs that are associated with SCM. You can identify SCM jobs by SCM-specific metadata values such as deliveryTargetId.

• The File Transfer Subsystem is restarted after the download is started, deleting the transfer job.
