File does not exist (SCM Download)
The following error message may appear during a deployment:

Unable to Invoke Service Download on TW.RSM.SFW.SoftwareManager :
File Does Not Exist
This error can occur when a file referenced in a Download instruction is moved or deleted after its package is deployed.
Do not move or delete files that may be referenced by packages. If another user has access to a file that is included in a package, make sure the user knows that the file should not be moved or deleted while you are updating or deploying a package.
