ThingWorx RSEE 1.0.2 is not compatible with ThingWorx C SDK 3.1.0 due to the change in twApi_Delete in Windows.

The workaround for this issue it to comment out the twExt_Delete() from twApi_Delete() command. This line must be commented out only if RSEE users intend to call twApi_delete().
