Fixed Issues in ThingWorx C SDK 3.0.0
The following table describes the issues fixed in this release:

Fixed a memory leak when using an HTTP authenticating proxy.
Added a retry logic so that GetPropertySubscriptions() does not fail to complete when Platform Thing is restarting.
In Linux, the installs of C SDK now include the OpenSSL header files.
C SDK on Linux no longer hangs while establishing TLS on a weak connection.
Fixed a memory leak issue when the C SDK agent reconnects.
Fixed potential security issues, including items proactively identified by the vulnerability scanning software or PTC Quality Assurance testing. Make sure to upgrade as soon as possible to take advantage of these important improvements.
