Connection Services Extension Entity Reference
The sections below summarize the entities included in the Connection Services Extension (CSE). The CSE:
• Supports messaging between connection servers and ThingWorx.
• Supplies a ConnectionServicesHub Thing based on the ConnectionServicesHub Thing Template that provides the default instance of a Hub Thing.
• Provides the ProtocolAdapter and ProtocolAdapterWithAvailability Thing Templates and the ProtocolAdapterWithAavailability Thing Shape to support Connectors that are created using the ThingWorx Protocol Adapter Toolkit.
