Delivery target becomes stuck in Installing (SCM Download)
This issue could be due to one of the following situations:
The agent unexpectedly restarted.
A network interruption occurred.
The Thing representing the agent was deleted.
The File Transfer Subsystem was restarted during the deployment.
The ThingWorx Platform was restarted during the deployment.
For most of these cases, the delivery target either needs to time out or be stopped and retried.
If the Thing was deleted accidentally, recreating it should allow the delivery target to continue. Otherwise, it may need either to be allowed to time out, or to be deleted.
