Checking the Console of the Axeda Gateway or Axeda Connector Agent
1. Monitor the output at the Axeda Gateway or Axeda Connector agent console for INFO xgSM: messages that indicate the Package is being started and the file is being downloaded.

Recall that Axeda Gateway and Connector agents treat all file transfers as Software Management "packages".

2. If the Package succeeds, check the target directory that you specified for the download. Continuing the example, you would check the subdirectory of the agent installation, called downloads.
If the Package execution fails, no file will exist and an ERROR will appear in the output at the agent console.
