PTC Servigistics Remote Service is a set of ThingWorx extensions that allows for companies to view, track and update service sessions for their connected assets. Companies can configure business process flows to automatically create service sessions based on alerts received for connected assets in the field. Service professionals responsible for the connected assets are able to view and update the service sessions to resolve potential issues.

Additional tools, such as Remote Access and Control, Software Content Management and (optionally) Solution Knowledge and Diagnostics, are available to assist service professionals in the triage and solution process for created service sessions.
