Overview

ThingWorx Flow Performance Advisor, a dashboard powered by ThingWorx is available with ThingWorx Flow 9.1 and later. ThingWorx Flow Performance Advisor gives ThingWorx Flow customers visibility about their workflows’ usage and performance and failure modes. It addresses the following questions:

• How many workflows were executed?

• What is the performance of the executed workflows? How many workflows executed successfully or how many workflows failed?

• What is the average execution time status of all workflows? Is the maximum execution time equal to the workflow timeout?

• How many authored workflows are used?

• What is the comparison between authored and used workflows and average actions and connectors in the workflows?

• What are the top 5 most used connectors in workflows, actions, and triggers?

All this data is available through the dashboard and other details pages that can be accessed through gadgets.

Servigistics Performance Advisor is a dashboard powered by ThingWorx, which gives Servigistics customers an aggregated view of diagnostic data from Servigistics applications. The dashboard supports the investigation of end-user issues and the monitoring of Servigistics installations for ongoing maintenance and upgrade processes. The dashboard contains purpose-built gadgets with drill-down capabilities to details pages. Collected data consists of system information and usage of Servigistics applications, which is sent to PTC and used to improve PTC products.
