Automatic Creation of a ServiceMax Event with Associated SKD Service Session
ThingWorx can generate an alert which initiates an SKD Service Session. The SKD session initiates a ThingWorx business process which creates a ServiceMax event.
The ServiceMax user can review the SKD session result within the ServiceMax event page from the embedded ThingWorx mashup.
