Connected Field Service enables ServiceMax users to open remote OS sessions on a connected machine and/or perform file transfers to and from the file system of a connected asset. A mashup displaying file transfer history is also provided. ThingWorx SCM, software update capability of connected assets, is also available inside the ServiceMax application.

These mashups either can be embedded in a ServiceMax case/work order page or can be accessed via button click as a pop-up or separate tab.
