What’s New in Connected Field Service 7.1
Ability to update ServiceMax Installed Product Records
Utilities and examples have been provided to update ServiceMax Installed Product records. For more information, see Updating an Installed Product Record in the Using Connected Field Service section of the CSLM Help Center.
Salesforce Connector Renamed to ServiceMax Connector
The Salesforce Connector is renamed to “ServiceMax Connector” in this release to better reflect that it specifically supports Connected Field Service. Aside from the name changing, the feature otherwise remains the same as in previous releases.
