Uninstall ThingWorx Navigate
If you need to uninstall ThingWorx Navigate, you can use the uninstall tool we’ve provided. Instructions for Windows and Linux follow.
Uninstall ThingWorx Navigate on Windows
1. In Windows Explorer, open the ThingWorx Navigate installation directory:
<installation_directory>\ThingworxNavigate
2. Find and open the tool ThingworxNavigate_uninstall.exe. A confirmation dialog box opens.
3. Under Do you want to uninstall ThingWorx Navigate and all of its modules? click Yes. The uninstall process begins.
4. When the process finishes, a confirmation message appears. Click OK. ThingWorx Navigate is uninstalled.
Uninstall ThingWorx Navigate on Linux
1. Open the terminal using the root user permission.
2. Go to the ThingWorx Navigate installation directory:
<installation_directory>\ThingworxNavigate
3. Using root user access, execute the tool:
./ThingworxNavigate_uninstall
4. In the confirmation dialog box, under Do you want to uninstall ThingWorx Navigate and all of its modules?, click Yes.
5. When the process finishes, a confirmation message appears. Click OK. ThingWorx Navigate is uninstalled.
