Tailor Your Tasks: Using the Task Tailoring Pages
Options unique to each task are available on the task-specific tailoring pages. On the ThingWorx Navigatelanding page, click the edit icon in the upper-right corner of the task.
View Parts List Tailoring
Maximum items in table—In View Parts List you can define the number of items to appear when the Parts list table is loaded. When the specified number of items in the table is set to higher than the recommended number (500), it may impact performance. And when the specified number of items in the table is set to 5000 and higher, it will cause a significant impact on performance.
Since not all items will be displayed in the table, the user has the option to click Export All at the top right of the table to see the complete list in CSV file. The administrator can control the display of the Export All button, by switching between Yes and No in Show “Export All” button? option.

If the generated CSV file opens with Excel, the beginning zeroes of the part numbers do not appear. Open the file with other tools to see the correct Part Numbers.
In the exported CSV file, Drawing and Design Files columns are not present, even when they are available on the Parts List table.
Select attributes to show—In View Parts List, select and reorder the attributes that appear in the Parts List table. To provide your users with links to directly download some or all of the design files, make sure to select the Design Files attribute.
If you show the Design Files attribute, you can select the design file relationships to show in the Design file relationships to show box. The relationships marked with an asterisk (*) apply to parts only.
Described By*—Version-specific relationship of parts and documents. For some product documentation, a version of a part is described by one and only one version of the document.
Reference Documents*—Version-independent relationship of parts and documents. For some product documentation, the latest released version of the document must be connected to the part.
Attachment—Attachments are best used when content directly correlates to or is derived from the primary content, such as, an image file generated from a technical illustration. Also when you do not need to use version control, workflow processes, or customized access control settings for the content.
Representation—Representations are associated to CAD documents or parts when a CAD document is submitted for publishing.
View Part Structure Tailoring
Set the default expansion level of the structure tree—In View Part Structure, you can define the default number of levels to appear when the Part Structure is loaded.
The user can expand more levels if needed.

The default expansion level is set to 3. When the selected default level of expansion is higher than recommended (3), it may impact performance for large structures.
