Using Headers and Footers
When you activate the header or footer, you can perform the following actions:
Press Page Up or Page Down to navigate between the header and footer.
Insert a math region, a text region, a table, an Excel component or an image. You cannot evaluate math regions and Excel components in the header and footer.
Copy, cut, and paste items from or to the worksheet. Math and graph regions copied from the worksheet to the header or footer are disabled. Math results or the content of plots cannot be recalculated after being copied.
Drag regions between the header and the footer.
By default, header and footer gridlines are hidden. To display the gridlines, activate the header or footer, and then on the Document tab, in the Page group, click Show Grid.
