2. To toggle the selected axis scaling, on the Plots tab, in the Axes group, click Logarithmic Scaling. The axis toggles between linear and logarithmic scaling.
Additional Information
• When the scale of an axis is logarithmic, its upper limit must be positive.
• If you format the tick mark values of an axis to Engineering, and then you set this axis to a logarithmic scale, the tick mark values remain in Engineering format instead of the default Scientific format.
