To Add or Remove Space Between Regions
You can add or remove space in your worksheet using keyboard shortcuts or Ribbon options located on the Document tab, in the Spacing group.
1. Place the pointer between two regions.
2. To add or remove space, use one of the following methods:
Press the Keyboard Shortcut
Click the Insert Option
Description
Enter
Adds one line above the insertion point.
Add Space > Single Line
Adds one line below the insertion point.
Add Space > Page
Adds a page below the insertion point.
Backspace
Deletes one line space above the insertion point.
Delete
Remove Space > Single Line
Deletes one line space below the insertion point.
Remove Space > Empty Space
Deletes the empty space below the insertion point.
3. To start a new page at the insertion point, click Add Page Break.
4. To separate overlapping regions, select the regions, click Separate Regions, and select Vertically or Horizontally.

Separate Regions > Horizontally option is not available when a text block is overlapping a region. The right side of a text block is a non-printable area.
