To copy a ViewSet using the Integrity Lifecycle Manager administration client
1. Select ViewSet Distribution > ViewSets node. A list of available ViewSets displays.
2. Select the applicable ViewSet and choose ViewSet > Copy ViewSet. The Copy <ViewSetName> dialog box displays.
*
If you check the Copy Open Views option for the view that is open in the selected ViewSet, for example, the Quick Query view, it will be the default view when users import the ViewSet for the first time into Integrity Lifecycle Manager. It also inherits all of the actions, toolbars, and views from the originating ViewSet. To clear the ViewSet of its default views and set your own default views, you need to close the imported default views and then restart the Integrity Lifecycle Manager client.
3. In the Name field, enter a name for the ViewSet copy. The default name is Copy of <ViewSetName>.
To copy the views currently open in the selected ViewSet, enable Copy Open Views.
4. To create the copy, click OK. The new ViewSet copy is created and displays in the ViewSets view as an unpublished ViewSet. The Edit ViewSet GUI is automatically launched so you can customize the ViewSet.
