Refreshing User Cache
The GUI may not display all changes to Integrity Lifecycle Manager users, if there are changes to the users in the underlying realm, because the Integrity Lifecycle Manager server does not automatically refresh its cache. You can refresh the user cache by performing the following:
To refresh the user cache from the Integrity Lifecycle Manager administration client, right click the Workflows and Documents node, and then select Refresh User and Group Cache.
