You can categorize items into various types, for example, problems, action items, bugs, proposals, solutions, or change requests. Individual types are required whenever an independent workflow is needed.

When creating a type in Integrity Lifecycle Manager, you can also designate users or groups as Integrity Lifecycle Manager type administrators for that type. For more information on type administrators, see “Assigning Type Administrators”.
