To create an MKS Domain user in the GUI
1. From the Users view in the MKS Domain, select Domain User > Create. The Create MKS Domain User dialog box displays.
2. Edit the following fields as necessary:
Login ID contains the alphanumeric string the user uses as the login ID to connect to the Integrity Lifecycle Manager server. Login IDs cannot contain commas or colons and must not exceed 49 characters.
You cannot edit the login ID after the user is created. To change the login ID, you must delete the user from the domain, and create it again using a different login ID.

As of Integrity 10.4, user names and login IDs can contain the @ character. To use the @ character, you must be running version 10.4 or later of Integrity Lifecycle Manager server,Integrity Lifecycle Manager client, and all Integrity Lifecycle Manager proxies. In addition, you should use version 10.4 or better of the Microsoft Visual Studio and Eclipse integrations.
Password contains the alphanumeric string the user uses as the password with the Login ID to connect the Integrity Lifecycle Manager server. The maximum password length is 50 characters.

Empty passwords for users are not permitted. Users can change their own passwords through the GUI and CLI interfaces. For the GUI, users must add the command to the ViewSet, as it does not display by default.
Confirm Password contains a repeat of the contents entered into the Password field for accuracy confirmation.
Full Name contains the full name of the user, including surname. The maximum name length is 100 characters.
Email contains the e-mail address of the user. The maximum e-mail length is 100 characters.
3. To save your changes, click OK. The user is created.
