Logging License Expiry Warnings
To track license expiry warnings, the Integrity Lifecycle Manager server runs a task during server startup that checks every day at midnight for expired licenses and licenses set to expire in the next seven days. If the server finds any expired licenses or licenses set to expire in the next seven days, a message is logged at the ERROR log level.
This task is configured by setting the mksis.logging.licenseExpiry.enable property under > in the Integrity Lifecycle Manager administration client or from the command line interface. By default, this property is set to true.
In addition, an e-mail message is sent to the administrators listed in the mksis.logging.email.to property, displaying the license expiry date, log message, and license server details.
|
If the mksis.logging.email.to and mksis.mailserver properties are set, the e-mail message displays all ERROR events (including the license expiry warning).
