To create a new column set in the GUI
1. In the Name field, type the name of the new column set.
2. Click the SortField list and use the data filter to select a field to determine which field the items are sorted by.
3. Select the Sort Direction that items display in. For example, if you selected ID as the Sort Field and Ascending as the Sort Direction, the item are sorted by their ID starting at the lowest number.
4. Under Visible Columns, select which columns are visible in the Items view.
The field that items are sorted by displays an up (descending) or down (ascending) arrow in the Sort Field and Visible Columns lists, indicating the sort direction.
5. To save the column set, click OK.
