Integrity Lifecycle Manager Client Verification of Checksums
Integrity Lifecycle Manager client functionality includes client-side verification of revision checksums. If the Integrity Lifecycle Manager administrator has enabled checksum verification on the Integrity Lifecycle Manager server, then the Integrity Lifecycle Manager client automatically verifies the checksum on incoming revision data from the server.
The verification is performed when fetching revisions during the following operations:
creating a Sandbox
resynchronizing a Sandbox
checking out from a Sandbox
checking out from a project
differencing revisions
viewing revision contents
Checksum verification ensures data integrity between the Integrity Lifecycle Manager server and the client. If no errors are found during the verification, the operation completes successfully.

If a checksum error is found, a message is displayed and the revision is not brought into your Sandbox. If you encounter a checksum error during your operation, contact your Integrity Lifecycle Manager administrator for further directions.
