Inserting Lists
You can insert numbered and bulleted lists into text in a rich content field. You can also insert lists into tables. For more information on working with lists in tables, see Inserting Tables.
Lists can contain one level or multiple levels. In addition, you can modify the list properties from the GUI to change the list type and the starting value for a numbered list. The list type can be bullets, numbers, or letters.
Inserting a List in the Web Interface
In the Web interface, do the following to insert a list:
1. Click the location where you want to insert the list.
2. In the rich content toolbar, click either the ordered list icon or bulleted list icon .
Inserting a List in the GUI:
In the GUI, do one of the following:
To insert a numbered list, click the location where you want to insert the list and select Edit > Insert > Numbered List.
To insert a bulleted list, click the location where you want to add the list and select Edit > Insert > Bulleted List.
In the GUI only, you can change the list type or where a numbered list starts.
1. Right-click the list and select List Properties.
2. Click a list type or change where the numbered list starts by typing a numeric value in the Starts at field.

Deleting Content in a List
To delete content in a list, select the content or place the cursor after the content in the list. Then, press the DELETE or BACKSPACE key. If the cursor is on the row following a list, pressing the DELETE or BACKSPACE key does not delete any content in the list.
