Specifying Column Context
Your administrator can specify pre-configured column sets for the Document view. Each column set displays specific columns that are useful for working with documents, based on a specific role or task. For example, a Testing Status column set would display columns specific to testing.
To choose a column set, right-click a column heading, select Column Context, and select a column set.
